Live Plant Clinic Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

2. Sponsor

Veryplants US LLC, 1207 Delaware Ave #1218, Wilmington, DE 19806, USA (the “Sponsor”).

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and to legal residents of Canada excluding the Province of Quebec, who are eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Void in Quebec and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Entry period

The giveaway begins at 7:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, 25 August 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, 25 August 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

5. How to enter

Method 1: comment during the livestream. During the Live Plant Clinic broadcast on the Sponsor’s Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube channel, post a comment in the live chat. Each eligible commenter receives one (1) entry.

Method 2: free alternate method of entry (no social media account required). Send an email to info@veryplants.com with the subject line “Plant Clinic Giveaway” and include your full name and the email address you wish to be contacted at. Emails must be received before 11:59 PM Eastern Time on 25 August 2026. Each eligible email receives one (1) entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person in total, regardless of method. Entries submitted by either method have an equal chance of winning. Entries that are incomplete, late, or submitted by robotic, automated, or other mechanical means are void.

6. Prize

Five (5) prizes are available. Each prize is one (1) Veryplants digital gift card with an approximate retail value of fifty US dollars ($50.00 USD). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: two hundred and fifty US dollars ($250.00 USD).

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be offered, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Gift cards are redeemable at veryplants.com and are subject to the Sponsor’s standard gift card terms. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner selection and notification

Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on Wednesday, 26 August 2026. Potential winners will be notified within two (2) business days by reply to their livestream comment and/or by email to the address associated with their entry.

Canadian entrants: before being declared a winner, a selected Canadian entrant must first correctly answer, unaided and within a limited time, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.

If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of first notification attempt, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails the skill-testing question, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube, or Google LLC. By entering, you release these platforms in full from any and all liability arising from or in connection with this promotion. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to the Sponsor, not to these platforms.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants is used by the Sponsor solely to administer this promotion and is handled in accordance with the Veryplants privacy policy. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing email.

10. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning.

11. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Winners list

For the names of the winners, send a request to info@veryplants.com with the subject line “Plant Clinic Giveaway Winners” within thirty (30) days after the drawing date.
